Our CashBack Card Q's & A's
Question - Referring Friends and Family
Is the only way to refer a friend by ordering the Friendship Flyer for $3 plus shipping in our back office? Can you also register a friend to be a member and receive a cash back card by registering them in your back office?
From what I know, when you register someone in your back office it is to become a Business Member and they must pay the down payment on future purchases ($225 to $3000) within a certain amount of time or their membership cancels.
The reason I ask is because it would be cheaper ($1.50 to register in your back office as opposed to $3 plus shipping for the Friendship Flyer ) to register friends and family who are only looking to have a cashback card and not become a Business Partner.
Answer - One may register someone through their back office as a customer only without the necessity to down pay units. In this case, at the top of the online member registration, there is a section for voucher/gift card order rather than voucher down payment order. One selects the trading partner and their Partner code and the amount (min.order requirement to avoid postal charges) they wish to purchase. The order is then sent directly to the member in the form of a gift card/voucher/coupon of that trading partner which can be redeemed in the store for purchases The order will also include a member (blue) card which can be only used in the SME Partners that have installed a cash back card terminal (POS) in their store.
In the USA at this time, blue card acceptance is limited and the opportunity at this stage is for the pioneering members and premium team members who down pay in advance and assist in populating the shopping community of new members and small trading stores. This is a phase2 country and we are educators and hold first mover advantage whilst the marketplace develops. Later in Phase 3, it will be time to introduce the wider audience of consumers when we have greater coverage of our blue card terminals.
Question - How to Receive the Companies Branded I pad 2
In order to receive the companies branded Ipad 2 during the first two production weeks does the Business member need to refer 5 Premium Business Members all putting down $3000 towards future purchases, or refer 5 Business Members that put between the $225 up to the $3000?
Answer - The current promotion is 5 x Premium Team Members (7/3/3)
Question - When somebody tells you that this is a pyramid scheme, should I even bother proving them wrong (it can be a long argument) or should I just let it go and move on? Also, what would be a short argument to contradict them?
I get a lot of these answers and sometime I feel like there is room for further discussions but other times not. However, I don't know how to bring my arguments to the table and keep them short and concise in the same time. Most of the time, if I even try to prove the person wrong we get in a long discussion that leads us nowhere.
Answer - This is totally different because income comes from shopping that people already do for thing the already need and the money is made from that. The money comes from the stores that they shop in not from a pyramid of people.
Dear Team Members.
The objection of our company being a Pyramid scheme is one that crops up at every presentation I ever did and that’s quite a few. The correct way to address this issue is as follows. The first thing you always do when you receive an objection is to welcome it, agree and outweigh. (This topic is covered in some detail in my video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH5gwZqouAs&feature=player_embedded ) When someone says our company is a pyramid you simply say I can understand why you might think this (agree) however pyramids are illegal and the reason they were banned was due to two main issues. The first reason was that the income derived came from the joining fee or monthly subscription (Outweigh) but as you should know our company is free to join and has no monthly subscription. The second reason Pyramids were banned was the fact that such schemes did not provide a product or service but of course as I mentioned our company have over 100 million products and services.
A brief closing statement could be: Ask the individual concerned if they are employed, if so do they have a boss or are they the boss because in every business you have a pyramid structure, The Boss, Senior Management, Middle Management, Office Staff and field staff. Make the sign of a pyramid and ask what’s that, referring to their very own business. Ask them what structure is churches or Governments built on, this normally removes any concerns your prospect should have. Hope this helps.
Pyramid schemes are illegal as you know, would such companies as Harrods, Boots, H Samual, Asda, etc with their legal departments to maintain their reputations ever look at or allow an illegal scheme any where near them
Question - What are the 5 most important questions that the prospects ask when they are presented with this business and how should we answer them?
I'm talking about the tricky questions they sometimes ask. For example I was once asked why does a unit generate a payout of $873.00 and not more or less? The person was actually interested to get a mathematical formula of some sort, that will get him to $873.00. Also if there are more than 5 similar questions that we should be prepared for, please advice. Thanks
Answer - There are so many possible questions that a new prospect may ask. It all depends on their experence, understanding and thoughts. The best advice we can give is this.... when someone asks a question you do not know the answer to.... simply say "Thats a very good question, I have never been asked that.... what I will do if its OK with you is get the right answer and come back to you.... Is that OK?"
This is the best way to deal with questions you dont have the answer to.
All commissions with our company are generated purely by shopping because there is no registration or joining fee. There is no monthly autoships or annual renewals. The commissions are reimbursements made to members of the shopping community in a unique way and are created from the remaining discounts offered by the Lyoness Partner stores. The commissions you refer to $873 (£523.80 / €582) are made up of $675 loyalty cash/credit + $198 loyalty commission (provided one has made 4 recommendations) and apply to a category 1 unit (AC.1) when a total of 70 other units (35/35) have been generated by shopping. The formula or equation for arriving at this figure is a unique recipe that is tried, tested and proven within the companies Accounting program for many years. It has been verified as accurate and sustainable by TUV Rheinland, a world renowned accreditation organisation. It’s based on the fact that a satisfactory level of shopping activity has been conducted by the shopping community members as a group. The leverage of multiple blocks of discount ($75 / £45 / 50) x 70 supports this $873 bonus whilst at the same time leaves sufficient funds to pay the member not only this reward for their continued loyalty but adequate funds for the 8 other income streams within the companies Compensation Plan.
Here in the U.K. the price of petrol is now $10 US per gallon very expensive is it not plus I use a petrol additive site also that I promote
but the point is this once a person has the use of a cash back card guess what they can do what I do I go into my company cash back
card back office..
I order my vouchers through the site for my petrol use on a monthly basis which in my case I spend a £100 per month if not more on
petrol..
I transfer say £100 in cash from my bank to there's then the cash back card company send me the equivalent same money value back
to me within 2 days in the form of vouchers that I can then use as cash at the supermarket I use that sells petrol..
I then buy my petrol as it costs me £50 to fill up my car petrol tank & I do that 2 times a month..
So why bother you may ask..
Well every time I do this transaction I get paid 3 per cent back in cash into my cash back card company cash account & that's a saving
of only £3 per month I know but over time along with using my petrol additive I save extra money that I will be spending anyway..
I do this for everything I buy on a daily basis so instead of using cash I use vouchers..
All in all I use my card to spend £500 per month on every day things using this voucher system so over time I spend in the region of
£6,000 per year using my cash back card company back office card details to buy my vouchers but also every time I use my card my
sponsor receives 0.5 % cash back too so every year I spend £6,000 they receive £30 per year not allot you may think but like me if my
sponsor has a 1000 users he referred to use the card and they all spent on a yearly basis the same amount as me that means he
receives 1000 x £30 a year extra income which is £30,000 per year..
Think about it..
This is just one of 10 income streams the cash back card company provide in there comp plan..
It's all based on small amounts I know but over time this can amount to a very large extra income..
The team we are all in just so happens to connect with a guy in Ireland who last month earned £19,000 through the career plan & system
he only got involved with this cash back card company in February this year but all he does is tell people every day about the card &
what it entails and he makes sure he consistently tells 20 people a week..
He does it by showing people how it works by doing what he says that he recorded on a video you can see here
OK he can & does explain the idea quite well I know but all he did was learn the system & how it works..
Wouldn't you if earnings like that could be achieved ..
One of the top earners in this cash back card company, who joined the company just six years ago now has an income in the
region of £320,000 euros per month and because he was one of the first to take the concept to the only 2 countries involved at the
time and work the system by just telling everyone he came across about it over time it has paid off for his efforts..
But now this is active now in 34 countries and another 12 are coming on board next year surely you can see the scope available..
Just by telling people how It works..
It is envisaged that by the end of 2012 this cash back card company will have at least 5,000,000 new card users because it is growing
now at the rate of 3500 per day and increasing even more on a daily basis just by people like me & you telling other people by word
of mouth about the card..
Hope my explanation helps..

How to build respect and professionalism in your team
Leadership means problem solving. In history you can rank the leaders by the size of the problems they solved.
Effective problem solving requires maturity. In most industries your worth is determined by your ability to solve complex problems.
If we want the high incomes, we shouldn’t be looking at how many problems we can avoid, but rather how many we can solve.
If you become a great problem solver, you have great value in your industry.
If you can only handle small everyday problems, you’ll only command an average income.
Carrying that further, successful people ask to solve bigger problems than unsuccessful people do – the greater the problem-solving capacity, the greater the success.
Babies have problems to solve. They can be hungry, sleepy, or hurt. They may need changing.
How do they solve their problems? They cry.
The way adults deal with their problems lets you know something about their maturity.
If they’re poor problem solvers, they cry. They don’t try to solve their problem.
They try to escape or shift the problem to someone else.
It’s all right to start by shifting a problem to someone who is more skilled as long as you realize that your leadership capacity will grow and your worth will increase.
Your income and worth will only go up to the degree that you can solve complex problems.
You have to cultivate your ability to solve problems.
If you want respect from a large downline and great professionalism and hard work throughout your organization, become the best problem solver you can be.
Become the person everyone looks to for an example of the way you solve problems.
Please understand that the majority of problems we’re talking about in your MLM organization have very little to do with turning to policies and regulations. They are mostly people problems—personality problems.
They usually involve someone who is a poor problem solver—someone who is crying or trying to shift a problem to someone else.
These problems are difficult to solve:
- A problem in which you are emotionally involved.
- A problem you can’t deal with because you don’t have enough power to solve it. You don’t have the authority.
- You may need to find a bigger problem solver with real authority to help solve this one.
When faced with a problem, ask yourself
- What could I do? The steps may be humbling or inconvenient. Be mature enough to do the right thing.
- What could I read? If you’ve done all you can, ask yourself what you could read. No matter what problem you’re facing, someone has written a book or a training on it. If it’s a company problem, it probably has an answer on the website.
- Who could I ask? Only after doing all you can and reading all you can will you want to turn to asking. Don’t ask first. If you always ask first, you’ll never grow as a problem solver. You’ll remain dependent.
Remember, if you ask first or second, you may stay a small problem solver and your income, the respect of your downline, and the professionalism of your people may suffer.
You won’t believe the respect you’ll get and the help you’ll receive from your upline when you say, “I’ve done this and that, I’ve read this and that, and I’m still looking for an answer, so I turned to you as a last resort.”
When top problem solvers hear this, they usually do everything they can to help solve your problem.
How to help others solve their problems
You may want to start by sending this article to those groups in your downline who need to study it. Have a conference call with individuals or groups of individuals on the principles involved here.
Then you may want to help individuals solve problems by using the three following questions:
- What can you do about what’s already happened? The answer may be “nothing.”
- Are you determined to be part of the problem or part of the solution?
- This should define your attitude toward helping them solve the problem in a professional manner.
- Their answer will always be, “Part of the solution.”
- Do you understand that there is no perfect solution to anything? They will likely agree.
After you agree with all three of these points, you can proceed to more dispassionately deal with the problem.
Then you can gather all the facts on both sides. Whichever person broadcasts the faults of the other is usually the most to blame because he or she is usually covering something up.
Brainstorm all possibilities.
Pick two solutions and decisively choose the best one. Make a decision and don’t look back. If you make a mistake, learn from it, and move on.
ACTION STEPS:
- Send this article to those leaders in your downline who need to study it.
- Have a conference call with individuals or groups of individuals on the principles involved here.
- If you’re spending a lot of time solving problems, keep the problem solving outline in this article near your phone until you internalize the steps and they become second nature.
